Thank you for taking a few minutes of your time to update your e-mail settings to enable MTCO Communications to upgrade our e-mail delivery servers to expand security features. (No action is required for Webmail users and MTCO Dial-Up customers as your settings have already been updated.)

This update enables MTCO to even better protect our customers and our entire network by: 
1) Improving identity theft prevention with user name and password encryption

2) Increase prevention of e-mail account hijacking

3) Enables the use of MTCO mail servers when connected to non-MTCO networks

4) Increases the security of e-mail communication over wireless networks

5) Encrypts your e-mail using SSL technology to protect it from being read on un-secure networks

To continue using your MTCO e-mail service, you will need make this settings change. The change will only take a few minutes and you will have uninterrupted e-mail service. Following are three ways to complete the settings change:

1. Windows Outlook Express users may make the changes by downloading and then executing the setup wizard. The wizard will automatically setup everything you need to check your e-mail using the new SECURE mail settings.

2. Make the changes manually by clicking on the images below which corresponds to your computer's email program and then following the given instructions.

3. Contact MTCO technical support at 1-800-859-6826 and our staff will gladly assist you. The change will only take a few minutes.

Please be aware that during this change we will be experiencing high call volumes, so if you call in you may experience long wait times, or even busy signals. For these reasons, we strongly encourage you to attempt the changes on your own by utilizing the tools described.
