NOTE: If you utilize the email client setting, "Leave a copy of the message on the server", be aware that all mail will be remarked as new.
This means that all mail will be re-downloaded to your client, up to 30 days old.
It's recommended you visit http://webmail.mtco.com to view/remove
any emails that would be re-downloaded before performing any of the following instructions.

Mac OS X 10.3/10.4 Email Text Instructions
1. Open "Mail"
2. Click on "Mail" on the toolbar at the top
3. Select "Preferences"
4. Click on "Accounts" at the top of the new window
Outgoing
5. At the bottom, click on the Server Settings button
6. Check mark "Use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)"
7. Change the "Server port" number to "465"
8. Make sure Authentication is set to "Password"
9. Insert your username and password.
10. Then click "OK"
Incoming
11. At the account screen click on "Advanced"
12. Check mark "Use SSL" located to the right of "Port:"
13. Change "Port:" to "995"
14. Leave Authentication at "Password"
15. Close out of the "Prefrences" window
Mac OSX 10.5 Tiger Email Text Instructions
1. Open "Mail"
2. Click on "Mail" on the toolbar at the top
3. Select "Preferences"
4. Click on "Accounts" at the top of the new window
Outgoing
5. Click on the arrow to the right of "Outgoing Mail Server" and click on "Edit Server List"
6. Click on the outgoing server marked "MTCO" Then click on "Advanced"
7. Check mark "Use Secure Socket Layer (SSL)"

10. Insert your username and password.
11. Then click "OK"
Incoming
