NOTE: If you utilize the email client setting, "Leave a copy of the message on the server", be aware that all mail will be remarked as new.
This means that all mail will be re-downloaded to your client, up to 30 days old.
It's recommended you visit http://webmail.mtco.com to view/remove
any emails that would be re-downloaded before performing any of the following instructions.

Mac OS 9 Email Text Instructions
1. Open "Mail"
2. Click on "Mail" on the toolbar at the top
3. Select "Preferences"
4. Click on "Accounts" at the top of the new window
Outgoing
5. Choose your MTCO account from the "Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)" list
6. Click "Server Settings" below Outgoing Mail...
7. Check mark "Use Secure Socket Layer (SSL)"
8. Change "Server port:" to "465"
9. Make sure "Authentication" is set to "Password"
10. Insert your username and password.
11. Then click "OK"
Incoming
12. On the account screen click on AAdvanced" at the top right
13. Check mark "Use SSL" located to the right of "Port:"
14. Change "Port:" to "995"
15. Leave Authentication at "Password"
16. Close out of the "Prefrences" window
