NOTE: If you utilize the email client setting, "Leave a copy of the message on the server", be aware that all mail will be remarked as new.
This means that all mail will be re-downloaded to your client, up to 30 days old.
It's recommended you visit http://webmail.mtco.com to view/remove
any emails that would be re-downloaded before performing any of the following instructions.

Outlook 2002,2003 Text Instructions
1. Open Outlook 2002,2003.
2. Go to the Tools -> Email Accounts menu.
3. Select "View or change existing email accounts" and click Next.
4. Select your MTCO account and click the "Change" button on the right.
5. At the bottom right, click the "More Settings" button.
6. At the top, click the "Outgoing Server" tab.
7. Checkmark the setting "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication".
Below this, leave the setting on "Use same settings as my incoming mail server".
8. At the top, click the "Advanced" tab.
9. For both incoming and outgoing, checkmark the setting
"This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)".
10. Change the outgoing port number from 25 to 465.
11. The incoming port number should automatically change from 110 to 995.
If it does not, change manually.
12. Click OK, then Next, then Finish to save.
