NOTE: If you utilize the email client setting, "Leave a copy of the message on the server", be aware that all mail will be remarked as new.
This means that all mail will be re-downloaded to your client, up to 30 days old.
It's recommended you visit http://webmail.mtco.com to view/remove
any emails that would be re-downloaded before performing any of the following instructions.

Text Instructions
Windows Mail Text Instructions
1. Open Windows Mail.
2. Go to the Tools -> Accounts menu.
3. Highlight the MTCO account by left clicking on it once.
4. Click the Properties button on the right.
5. Click the Servers tab at the top.
6. At the bottom, checkmark the setting "My server requires authentication".
7. Click the Advanced tab at the top.
8. For both incoming and outgoing, checkmark the "This server requires a secure connection (SSL)" option.
9. Change the outgoing port number from 25 to 465.
10. The incoming port number should automatically change from 110 to 995. If it does not, change manually.
11. Click OK to save.
